Digital Download Refund Policy
We are unable to refund digital products. When the order is placed, it is immediately delivered with personalised details and the plot of land is instantly registered in the order name. We do note this in the FAQs on our website. As per our FAQ section: Please note that in instances where a customer has only ordered a digital download, we cannot guarantee a refund because of the nature of digital products. This is consistent with UK consumer law.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please note that everything is shipped from the UK. Orders to the UK should arrive within 7 working days.Orders to Europe should arrive within 7-14 working days.Orders to USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World should arrive within 14-21 working days.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. You can track the shipping updates here.Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

We sure do! We can ship to America, Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Ireland.Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs, you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

My order never got to me, what do I do?
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together! If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day, please give it another 48 hours. Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please email support@celtictitles.com and we will help find a solution.
